"Guy at Eagle Appliance took his time to talk to me and help me understand what could be occurring with both issues I had in my home. Both issues he couldn't help me with because they required more specialized services for the problem, but he took the time nonetheless! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and went out of his way to help me, even though he knew I wouldn't be hiring him! Genuine people who want to help others are rare, and I am very appreciative for the time Guy spent sharing his experience with me to help me address my problems."

"Very responsive, offered same day service, receptionist very pleasant. Guy explained everything that was needed, explained the condition of my parts, gave estimated time frames on when things should be replaced. I did not feel any pressure, I felt it was ok if I didn't want to replace parts today. He definitely knows his washing machine and dryers. He was very quick, cost was very reasonable and so much cheaper than having to buy a new washing machine. I highly recommend Eagle Appliance Service."
