"I'm posting this review because there haven't been any recently. I called and the phone was answered by a really nice woman who helped me find a day/time that worked for me. I was told Guy would arrive between 1:30 and 3:30 and would call me when he was almost to our house. He called around 2:30 and was here by 2:35. He listened to me ramble on about how our oven exploded and all of the DIY fixed we'd tried. He got right to work and by 3:40 our oven was working again! Super professional, highly recommend Guy/Eagle Appliance Service for any issues that come up with your appliances. I'm happy to know that if something goes wrong I can call Guy and have it fixed in no time. Thank you Guy!"

"HIGHLY recommend Guy! Called a couple other recommend places and Guy was more affordable, more prompt, and offered a smaller window of when he’d be by! (He had an hour and half window and called on his way. When other places had a 3 hour window and would call me the night before to give me the window.) Guy was super respectable and nice!"
